Shipping

• Free standard shipping on orders over $150.
• A flat $10 on orders under $150.
• We ship within the contiguous United States.
• Orders leave us within 5-7 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

• Return unused pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Email hello@vespertable.com with your order number to start a return.
• Return shipping is paid by you. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.
• Pack returns well and use a trackable carrier: we can't refund pieces damaged on the way back.

If something arrives broken

Porcelain travels a long way. If a piece arrives chipped or broken, email hello@vespertable.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund the piece if it's out of stock. You don't need to send the broken piece back.
